Hexagon Commercial Finance provides invoice factoring to Oklahoma businesses statewide, from the Panhandle to the eastern counties, working from its Oklahoma City office. Advance rates are typically 80 to 90 percent of eligible invoice value, depending on the industry, customer credit and facility terms. Geography is not an eligibility boundary. Hexagon works with eligible businesses nationwide.

An economy built on slow-paying customers.
Oklahoma's commercial base is concentrated in sectors with long receivable cycles. Energy service companies invoice operators who settle on their own schedules. Carriers running I-35, I-40 and I-44 wait on broker and shipper terms. Contractors bill through progress schedules with retainage held to completion. Agricultural service businesses face seasonal concentration on top of all of it.
The costs, by contrast, are immediate. Fuel, wages, insurance, equipment repairs and materials do not wait for a customer's accounts payable cycle. That structural mismatch is why factoring is long established across the state rather than a novelty product.
Filing and lien mechanics in Oklahoma.
Any factoring facility involves a UCC-1 financing statement covering the receivables being purchased. Oklahoma is unusual in that UCC-1 financing statements are filed centrally with the Oklahoma County Clerk rather than the Secretary of State, which occasionally surprises out-of-state advisers reviewing a first facility.
If an existing bank lien already covers your receivables, it generally has to be subordinated or released before a facility can start. Oklahoma banks handle this regularly, particularly where their exposure is secured by equipment or real property rather than by the receivables themselves.
Serving the whole state from one office.
Invoices are submitted electronically, verification is handled directly with your customer, and funds move by wire or ACH. A business in Guymon or Idabel works the same way as one a few minutes from the office, with no requirement to travel.
Statewide also means a wide spread of sectors: Panhandle agricultural services, energy work in the Anadarko and Arkoma basins, freight along I-40 and I-44, and contractors and staffing firms in every metro between.
